Can Lid Label - Brush Up Edition

Final design approved – official launch coming soon. This lid label was created as part of the "Uncle Lew’s Momentary Intimates" concept, where underwear is placed in sealed tin cans. In this case, the product inside is a pair of socks. The project was developed through close team collaboration, and the brief itself was a result of shared creative input. While the main label design for the body of the can was created by another designer, my task was to develop the lid label from scratch. I was responsible for the entire layout and visual direction of the lid, while carefully aligning the final result with the tone and aesthetics of the existing packaging. The sock illustration at the center reflects the product in a direct and humorous way, while the phrase "Brush Up" adds a playful twist. The graphic style follows the visual language already established across the can design, including the barbed wire motif, muted tones, and retro bold typography. The goal was to make the lid feel fully integrated as part of the original concept, while still standing out as its own designed element.
